Typical isn't it, my stocks been fine this week and I had my first complaint about quality! Very annoying.

Rubbish flowers this last week, roses, lilys, bouvardia and more all going over really quick. Most of the stuff I bought last Monday was off the stand by Wednesday and in the reduced corner. Faxed a letter of complaint to supplier so will be interesting to see what he says when he comes tomorrow. Luckily I owe him money so can deduct rubbish off invoice.

Only having trouble with gerb and germini been poor for a few weeks now not holding at all changed our order to half box and get delivery 2/3 times a week depending on how quickly we use stock up
