Hi,

I have some tulips that I need to stay closed for 2 days, the wholesaler suggested keeping ithem dry in my fridge. I have given them a good drink, turned up my fridge temp a little and popped them in there.

a) Is this a good idea?
b) Will this cause them to open faster once they are out of the fridge?
c) Do I need to do anything special once I take them out of the fridge - or straight into a bucket of water?

My name's Mel, I'm actually from Sydney Australia! We don't seem to have forums as good as yours, and I figure flowers are flowers whereever you are..
