In an ideal world ALL wrapping should be taken off ALL flowers as otherwise they sweat and that causing leaf wilt/infection and death.
In practical terms if you have a big outsiede display and good stock rotation then just loosen the cello round the head of the flowers (ease it down to their necks) to let them breath. However blooms should NEVER be left in plastic bags and ideally any paper wrap should be removed as well.
