Rose is ex valentines stock.
Starting to show signs of wear, but not bad for almost a month, or maybe more. Perhaps admin can give best guess as to when it may have been cut

Still looks good it would be interesting to find out when it was cut and find out just exactly how old it really is

Amazing,there's a proof of,that Passion is one of the best red roses there is.It would be fun knowing how old its really is.Was it a single rose or several together in the same vase?

I had some happy hour roses leftover from valentines week, I binned them on sat. Not bad for a cheaper rose.
Shame customers don't look after them as well

2 years ago one of our customers brought her doz roses back with complaint they were in a handtie in water and yes still plenty of water heads and leaves were so crisp and dry they just crumbled into dust when asked where she had kept them said they were in a perfect position where she placed all of her flowers but had decided not to buy from us again as they always died when questioned further they were on a low table which was tight up against her radiator and yes heating was on of course her house was warm and yes her radiator was hot that was why the table was in front of it so children wouldn't get burnt how was the poor roses and flowers going to avoid getting burnt and yes after a very carefully worded explantion telling her what had gone wrong we do still have her as a customer and yes we did replace her roses asking her not to place them near heat some you can win

with your own customers you can..with I!*flora you can't..you don't get the chance to speak to the customer..their fantastic no quibble guarantee means you just have to pick them up and replace them- the handtie I have at home(since valentines day), is the same as one we had a complaint about, god knows what she did to them but the woman manage to kill them in about 2 days!

Yes was working in intxxf shop until a year ago and that was one point that really got my back up one customer kept the flowers she liked but still got a replacement had a right old row with intxxf but no still didn't win had to do replacement another was a £60 flat bouquet order on computer turned out sending florist should have asked for spray as item was for grave for mother's day but recipient rang intxxf direct and we ended up after days or rowing sending out spray original flatpack was left lying outside we couldn't do anything only dump it Intxxf won again

I thought the whole point of 1939-1945 was so that you wouldn't have to live under a 'dictatorship'

Try telling that to intxx they really pxxxd me bigtime glad I left that shop as I was manager the flack always came back to me I was the one always having the row. Do you know I can now type as fast as I can talk well almost

I gave the rep an ear bashing today, he didn't have an answer for half my questions!
