Yeah, mine is carnation too, it has become quite trendy. There are some lovely colours available & you can use it in so many differant ways. I like using them for base interest in a front facing limited HT.

ok, most of this works for cars and chtrysanths as well, i just happen to prefer Alstro as a flower for some reason, probably because we get through a lot of it. My personal favourite...."Tiesto"
I'm with Fly I adore Alstromeria. I buy them from a local grower who delivers them each week. I can't wait to see which mix he has for me. Was surprised to find some florists don't like to use them because it brings them out in a rash!
