I didn't really give a lot of thought to the options, so if you can think of a better set of choices, we'll start again.

The humble carnation, you can do so much with them. They come in millions of fabulous colours (well probably thousands), they last forever (almost), keep the old dears happy and they're back in fashion!

Cool Carnations

Thougt a lot about it.Must be carnations,large ones.The range in colors is amazing.A lot of new colors and it can be used in almost everything.It's beautyfull just in its own,1 single and in a symhpony with other flowers.
In Dk we have had a lot of customers who dont want Dianthus in a bouquet because they thougth is was a flower only used in funeral work.
No no no (cant find a dirty word in english).It has never ( at least for the last 30 years) just been a flower for funerals. We in the shops loves it and now its comming back.Young people loves it. Just need the old folks to come around.I'm sure there going to.
What's September,an Aster ?

September
DCP_3238.JPG

For me i think it must be Alstromeria;
It's available all year round
Nobody ever says "No Alstro" as they often do with chrysanths, carnations.
It has a good range of colours
stem length is good for everything
It keeps well
Price is nearly always reasonable

ok, most of this works for cars and chtrysanths as well, i just happen to prefer Alstro as a flower for some reason, probably because we get through a lot of it. My personal favourite...."Tiesto"
