helium balloon suppliers
Does anyone have a contact for helium balloon supplies. I need to source a supplier for the large 36inch latex balloons that you can put smaller balloons inside. The supplier I have just now charges £8.50 per delivery regardless of amount ordered! Sometimes I just need a small amout and don't want to pay this every time! Any info would be gratefully appreciated.

Have been doing balloons for ages but only the foil ones and latex in a small way. SO many people were asking for the larger ones so went on a course and started doing them too. Word of mouth is spreading and we are getting more orders now. Another site you might like to try is upupandaway.co.uk. Have used them quite a lot and have just been back on and they are now doing the 3ft balloons I am looking for.

They teach you yes how to blow them up with Helium or with some other air machine how to build and arch too.

I would love to know how to build a balloon arch, but at the moment I have enough trouble keeping the latex ones on the nossel whist I am blowing them up. I was doing balloons for a wedding before christmas and one escaped causing little old ladies in the shop to duck as the "missile" flew past their heads. On said "reminds me of the war"

Really went on the course as my daughter was getting married and we had a very large hall to decorate. The course was really useful and covered things like arches, columns, clouds etc. Easy once you know how. Getting more balloon work since then. Luckily one of my girls really loves doing them - I tend to get bored quite easily but glad I went on the course.
