Chrysal vs Oasis Floralife

Hi everyone,

I would be interested to know what you thought of the flower food products and leafshine that Oasis (Floralife) now supply in the UK. We have stayed with Chrysal and our best selling product is the Fleur vital sachet sold in boxes of 1000s and we also sell a lot of the Chrysal clear. But what do you use? Do you have a preference?

Also we recieved some samples of food sachets and leafshine from a German company called Fleur Ami. I gave them out to customers asking for feedback and got none! Perhaps you could help Mapletree? Do you use Fleur Ami? And if so, is it any good?

Thanks,

Hotdog

Not a hot topic then! Once i have gathered together all of the information you have provided i will draw a graph and maybe a pie chart. What? Dont look at me like that, i didnt do sarcasm til i found this site!
I guess the general consensus is.... We dont give a damn!

Thanks FBA

I too have always been a Chrysal man (well since we opened 10 years ago) and have had no problems either. We dont currently stock a couple of the products you mentioned so i will get them next time i order. Thanks for the feedback.

we just Fleur vital, never had a days problem with it. we tried liquid chrysal but found that the flowers died far quicker than with Fleur vital. So i would rather stick with them.

Agree with tulips though price is a real booster in which i will buy lol

HI Hotdog, we tried the Fleur Ami stuff and I'm back with Chrysal!! We don't use flower food in our vases (in shop), I've only got the sachets for the customers and the leaf shine is used mainly for our Aralien leaves that need a bit of bling! (BTW- The perennial fertilizer from Chrysal is AWESOME!! Makes your summer flowers last ALOT longer!!)
Just more of a comfort thing with Chrysal, my old boss had it and I continued with it...the sales lady is nice we get lots of free stuff to tryout!!
(sorry it took so long for me to answer...been selling geraniums like crazy!!)

Vital here too, but only on outgoing flowers. Don't use any flower food in the shop.
