Kangaroo paw is wonderful for modern designs but I find the flower/bract/whatever flops fairly soon. Is there any secret to keeping it up, so to speak?!

I love the green and black one, that's the one most Australians think of when you say kangaroo paw, I think the red aand the yellow ones are a bit boring. But yes, faccidity is a big problem

Many thanks! Will now try the hot water treatment though I think my kangaroo's flaccidity might be terminal. Nice to hear from downunder - I presume your weather's better than ours?! It's stinkingly wet and cold here - emigration sounds good.
