yeah could be phormium, brought some at wholesalers a while back and cant remember what he said now pmsl. the one i had was red and cocoa coloured yummy,

my bet is on cordyline too. If the middle 'vein' is stiff and doesn't bend very well I'd say definately cordyline as they are usually quite stiff. Do you know how big it is Alex?

It's Cordyline fruticosa. Either 'red edge', 'rubra' or red sister'. They like to be kept between 12-15 Degrees. Part of the Agavaceae family.
