here goes another one of my questions...and no i haven't done a 'search' for this cuz i'm to lazy!
how come if i want to give someone a reputation thingy/point/comment a little window comes up saying that i have to 'spread some more reputation around first'? THATS WHAT I'M TRYING TO DO!!!! What am i missing?




before you get all roll-the-eyes and all...i've figured out almost everything else....damn proud of myself too!
